[FOR SMOOTH GRAVY]
2 tbsp Oil
1 Cinnamon Stick (Dal Chini)
2 Cloves (Laung)
2 Black Pepper (Kaali Mirch/Mari)
3 Cardamom (Elaichi)
2 pieces Ginger
3-4 Garlic Cloves
1 big sliced Onion
Salt as per taste
2 big chopped Tomatoes
1 tbsp Melon Seeds
12-15 Cashew Nuts
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1/4 cup Water
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/4 cup Cream (Malai)

[FOR PREPARING SABJEE]
2-3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta)
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
3-4 tbsp Water
1 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder)
1 tsp Garam Masala (or Chicken Masala)
1 tsp Fenugreek Leaves (Kasoori Methi)
3 tbsp raw Onion pieces
3 tbsp raw Capsicum pieces
250 gms Cube Shaped Paneer
A Foil Paper Piece & Charcoal
Cream for garnishing
