Rice Cooker Biryani options are plenty this rasam falvoured is super tasty and easy refreshing
GINGER RASAM CHICKEN BIRYANI CUT MIRCHI BAJJI

In a pestle add 1 tsp of coriander seeds
Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds
Add 1 tsp of pepper
And slightly crush it.
And add this mixture in a bowl
Add 1 tsp of chop ginger
Add ½ cup of coriander seeds
Add ½ cup of tomatoes
Add 4 green chillies
Add 1 tsp of salt
And mix it
Now add 500 g of chicken pieces
Add 1 cup of water
Add some salt
And add 1 tb spn of oil
Add in to rice cooker
Add soaked basmati rice
Add some salt water
And cook it.
In a bowl add 1 ½ tb spn of butter
Add 1 tb spn of biryani masala
Add pinch of salt
Add 1 tb spn of mint
Add 1 tsp of saffron water
And mix it
Pour this mixture into the Chicken Biryani.
Put on lid for 5 minutes.
Mirchi bajji:-
In a bowl add 1tbs of tamarind pulp
Add pinch of salt
Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
Add ½ tsp of red chilli powder
Add 1 tb spn of crushed peanuts
And mix it.
And add 1 tsp of chickpea flour
And mix it again.
Now stuff this mixture in to mirchi
Take a bowl add 1 cup of chickpea flour
Add 1 tb spn of rice flour
Add ½ tsp of ajwain
Add ½ tsp of salt
Add pinch of soda
Add add 1 tb spn of oil
And add water
And mix it like bajji batter.
Now dip the cut mirchi in the batter
Drop in hot oil and fry them.
Now serve hot ginger rasam chicken biryani & cut mirchi bajji.
