Spicy Rice Puri Recipe,, Fluffy Fried Rice Puffs, masala poori recipe,#nashta #glutenfree #ricerecipe #pooribhaji Ingredients for Chawal Ke Aate Ki Poori & Aloo Masala Sabzi - Boiled Potato - 3 no, medium size (275 grams) - Rice Flour - 1 Cup - - Ginger - Green Chilli - 2 tsp, paste - Salt - 1 tsp - Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp - Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp - Carom Seeds - 1/4 tsp - Fenugreek - 1 tbsp - Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp - Coriander Leaves - 1-2 tbsp - Oil - 1/2 tspFor Aloo Sabzi - Oil - 2-3 tsp - Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp - Coriander Powder - 1 tsp - Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp - Tomato - 2 no (150 grams) - Green Chilli - 1 no - Ginger - 1/2 inch - Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1/2 tsp - Fenugreek - 1 tbsp - Boiled Potato - 3 no (250 grams) - Salt - 3/4 tsp - Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp - Coriander Leaves and oil for frying-------------------------------------------------------------Directions1. Grate potatoes in a bowl. Measure the grated potatoes and add rice flour to it.2. Then add ginger green chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, dry fenugreek leaves, chilli flakes and coriander leaves. Mix well and knead the dough, no water or flour is needed, add if needed. Cover and keep dough for 10 min.3. Then heat oil in the pan.4. Pour some oil and mash the dough. Break small balls.5. Pick one ball, round it, press and make a peda. Roll a bit of thick puri and cut it with a bowl, or can roll without cutting as well.6. Put a puri in hot oil, reduce flame to low. Press the puri lightly till it puffs up. Then flip and fry till it turns golden brown from both sides.7. When fried, take it out and fry all the same way.Aloo tamatar curry1. Heat oil in a pan. Then add cumin seeds and reduce flame to low.2. Saute a bit and add coriander powder, turmeric powder and ginger-green chilli-tomato paste. Mix well and turn up the flame to medium.3. Then add red chilli powder, mix well and roast till oil separates. Stir occasionally.4. When oil starts to separate add dry fenugreek leaves (crushed) and mix well. Roast till oil separates.5. When oil separates, break and add boiled potatoes. Mix well.6. Then add water, salt and garam masala. Mix well and turn up the flame to high. Cover and cook for 3-4 min.7. After it comes to boil, stir well and add coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for 1-2 min.8. After 2 min aloo tamatar curry will be ready.
