Discover the secrets behind Heng ah Roasted Delight - The Roasted Chicken are fully roasted unlike other stalls where they deep-fry it, bringing out the essence and juciness of the Chicken. There are 2 other styles of chicken as well: Poached Chicken & Soy Sauce Chicken. The cooking method of the chicken is learnt from Hong Kong, creating a harmony of flavors
