Rolled Cheese Omelette | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This omelette is juicy with this cheese and is perfect for a family-style brunch! If you are in the mood for a treat then go ahead and try this recipe.

ROLLED CHEESE OMELETTE

Ingredients

For one portion
3 eggs
2 tablespoons grated processed cheese + for topping
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
6-8 button mushrooms, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
2 tablespoons shredded spinach
Toasted white bread slices for serving

Method

1. Break eggs in a bowl. Add salt and beat well.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions, mushrooms and tomato, mix and sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add salt and green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add beaten eggs and cook for 30 seconds.
4. Add cheese and spinach, roll into an omelette and cook till fully done.
5. Top with more cheese and serve hot with toasted bread slices.
