Ros omelette is the popular street food of the coastal Indian state of Goa. In Kokani ros stands for gravy which is usually spicy and drizzled over the omelette.
The dish is garnished with finely chopped onions and accompanied by spongy pao(Bread). Mopped up by bread the distinctive flavour & richness of curry in combination with the eggs is irresistible.
