Put yogurt in a bowl and whisk. Add cardamom powder, rose water and rose petals and whisk well. 2. Add castor sugar and malai and whisk till smooth. 3. Rim individual tall glasses by dipping them in rose syrup. Coat the rim with almonds and pistachios and pour the lassi in them.4. Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve immediately.
