ROTLI NU SHAKIngredients5-6 leftover rotis 2 tbsps oil1 tsp mustard seeds3-4 green chillies, chopped1 tbsps finely chopped garlic3 medium onions, choppedSalt to taste2 tsps red chilli powder1 tbsps coriander powder1 tsps cumin powder2 cups buttermilk1 tsp sugar2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesFresh coriander sprigs for garnishMethod1. Break the rotis into small pieces in a large bowl. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add green chillies and garlic and mix well. Cook till golden brown.2. Add onions and mix well. Cook till translucent. Add salt and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, and mix well. Cook for 1 minute. Add cumin powder and saut for a few seconds.4. Add the roti pieces and mix till well combined. Add buttermilk and mix. Cook till the mixture comes to a boil. Add sugar and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.5. Add coriander leaves and mix. 6.
