Russian Cutlets, made with shredded chicken and veggies are deep fried till golden and perfectly crisp. RUSSIAN CUTLETSIngredients300 grams boneless chicken breasts, boiled with ginger-garlic paste and shredded8-10 French beans½ tbsp oil½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste1 tsp green chilli paste1 medium carrot, gratedSalt to taste2 tsps Tata Sampann Garam Masala3 medium potatoes, boiled and peeledOil2 eggsRoasted vermicelli (seviyan) as requiredGreen chutney to serve Method1. Thinly slice the French beans and set aside.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli paste, mix well. Add carrots and beans. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.3. Add salt and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes, sautéing constantly. Add shredded chicken and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.4. Add Tata Sampann Garam Masala and mix well. Take it off the heat and transfer into a bowl.5. Mash the potatoes and add them to the pan. Mix till combined. Adjust salt if needed and mix well.6. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into an oblong shape.7. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, meanwhile break in the eggs in a bowl, add salt and whisk well. Set aside.8. Break vermicelli on a plate and set aside. Dip each cutlet into the eggs, roll it into the vermicelli.9. Drop the cutlets into the hot oil and deep fry till golden and crisp.
