- Spinach - 1 cup,
- Bathua Leave - 1 cup
- Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 cup
- Green Coriander - 1/2 cup
- Besan - 1 cup, 125 gms
Rice Flour - 1/4 cup (35 gms)
- Green Chilli - 2, chopped
- Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Carom Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp,
- Asafoetida - 1/2 pinch
- Oil - 3-4 tbsp
