This innovative way of using Sabrini Railway Cutlet and making pav bhaji a favourite street food of India in a jiffy. YOu do not have to cut vegetables, blanch them and go through all the hassles of pre preparation.Ingredients ; -Railway cutlet 3Tomato chopped 3Ginger garlic paste 1 tspPav bhaji masala 2tbspRed chilli powder 1 tspGreen chilli chopped 2noOil 2 tbsp +for deep frySalt To tasteChopped onion 1Chopped coriander 2 tbspButter 2 tbspPav 8 noBell pepper chopped 1/4lemon 1/4 Method1. Microwave the tikki for 2 mints ,heat oil for shallow fry , Once hot shallow fry the cutlet until golden brown and crisp. Remove on a absorbent paper and keep side.2. Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in another pan Add in the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.3. Add Chopped green chilli and sauté for 1 mint. Add in the chopped bell pepper and sauté well.4. Add tomato chopped, pavbhaji masalasalt, red chili powder. Salt 5. Now mashed the cutlet and add it to the masala and mashed again well. Add butter and mix well. Then Add it little water let it cook for 5-6 mins.5. Now add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and mixes well.Remove it in a serving bowl and keep aside6. Meanwhile slit the pav apply little butter and grill the pav in the same pan7. Remove the bhaji in the plate and serve hot with pav.
