Sabudana and Cheese Waffles Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Waffles are fun to have as it is, right and when made in less oil, you can have more of it too. Like these fusion sabudana and cheese waffles. Surprised right?

SABUDANA AND CHEESE WAFFLES

Ingredients

1 cups soaked sago (sabudana)
cup grated processed cheese
2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
Oil for greasing

Method

1. In a bowl take sago, add potatoes, ginger, red chilli flakes, salt, coriander and cheese and mix well.
2. Preheat a waffle machine, grease with oil.
3. Take a portion of the mixture and place it on the waffle machine. Cover the waffle machine and cook for 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove and cut into triangles, serve hot with green chutney.
