Bhel lovers, here's a beautiful and decadent bhel made using sago to treat your taste buds!SABUANA BHELIngredients2 cups soaked sago (sabudana)3-4 tbsps oil¼ cup raw peanuts2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes¼ cup fresh pomegranate pearls¼ cup chana jor garam¼ cup aloo ka salli + for garnish1-2 green chillies, finely chopped2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish1 tsp Tata Sampann Chilli PowderSalt to taste½ tsp dried mango powder¼ tsp chaat masala¼ tsp black salt¼ cup chopped raw mango2-3 tbsps date and tamarind chutneyMethod1. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan, add sago and toss well. Cook for 6-8 minutes or till done. Take the pan off the heat and transfer on a plate and allow to cool.2. Heat remaining oil in the same pan. Add peanuts and sauté till golden brown. Add potatoes, mix and cook till golden brown. Set aside.3. Take the cooled sago in a large bowl, add the potatoes and peanuts. Add pomegranate pearls, chana jor garam, masala dal, aloo ka salli, green chillies, coriander leaves, Tata Sampann Chilli Powder, salt, dried mango powder, chaat masala, black salt, raw mango, and drizzle date and tamarind chutney and gently mix till well combined. 4.
