These home made papads using sago are extremely yummy and easy to make. Do try !SABUDANA PAPADIngredients1 cup sagoSalt to taste1 teaspoon cumin seedsOil to deep fry Method1. Transfer the sago in bowl and wash it thoroughly. Add 1 cup water and soak for 6-8 hours.2. Transfer in a nonstick pan and add salt, cumin seeds and 5 cups water.3. Cook on medium heat till sago mixture is transparent and the sago is cooked.4. Spread spoonful of mixture on a plastic sheet and spread lightly. Sundry for 2 days.5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the papads till crisp.6. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
