Sabudana vada is an Indian dish, typically consumed in Maharashtra, India. It is a deep fried sago-potato dumpling served with spicy green chutney.

Ingredients

1 tsp chat masala
1 bunch coriander
2 sprigs curry leaves
4 number green chilli
1 number onions
1 number potato
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp rice flour
1 cup sabudana

Directions

Soak sabudana in water for 3 hrs.

Grate raw potato in a bowl, then add green chillies, coriander leaves,curry leaves,red chill powder,onions chopped finely, rice flour, then add chat masala mix well.

Now mix till it becomes dough then make a small dumplings like vada.

Now take oil to fry deep fry in a very slow flame till golden brown colour.
