Kootu Curry/ Mixed curry ( Raw Banana, Yam and Black Channa)
Yam 1/2 portion
Black channa -1 cup
Raw Banana- 1 cup
Chilli powder- 1.3 spoon
Tumeric powder 1/3 spoon
Salt to taste
Water
Curry leaf
Mustard
Coconut grated 5 spoon
Cumin seed 1 spoon
coconut sliced - 6

Saok the channa overnight. Cook the Channa separately adding salt and turmeric powder
In a vessel add oil and cook the yam and raw banana. Slice into medium piece.
Add salt to taste tumeric powder and chilli powder. Mix well and close the lid and allow it to cook.
Once cooked add the cooked channa and also add the crushed coconut and cumun seed.
To a pan add oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard curry leaf and coconut sliced stir well and then add the cooked yam banana and channa to it. And cook for 3 min the kootu curry is ready to serve.
