, vrat ka paratha, sabudana ki khichdi kaise banate hain,insatant sabudana khichdi recipe,#navratrirecipe #vratrecipe #sabudanakhichdi #vratkaparatha Ingredients for Sabudana Khichadi - Potato - 1 no - Peanut - 1/4 Cup - Ghee - 2 tbsp - Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp - Ginger - 1/2 tsp, grated - Green Chilli - 1/2 tsp, finely chopped - Sago - 1/2 Cup, soaked for 1 hour - Tomato - 1 no, finely chopped - Rock Salt - 3/4 tsp - Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp, crushed - Lemon - 1 tsp - Coriander Leaves Ingredients for Sabudana Paratha - Sago - 1/2 Cup, soaked for 2 hours - Boiled Potato - 3 no (200 grams) - Peanut Powder - 1/2 Cup - Ginger - 1/2 tsp, grated - Green Chilli - 1/2 tsp, finely chopped - Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp, crushed - Rock Salt - 3/4 tsp - Coriander Leaves - 1-2 tbsp - Ararot - 4 tbsp - Ghee Directions1. Peel and put a potato in water. Then chop it into small pieces and keep them in water.2. Grind peanuts coarsely, half should remain raw and half coarse.3. Heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped potatoes and roast while stirring continuously till they turn light brown and soften.4. When turned light brown, take them out and reduce flame to low.5. Then add cumin seeds to the remaining ghee. Saute it a bit.6. Then add grated ginger and finely chopped green chilies. Saute them a bit.7. Then add soaked sago and remove water. Roast for 2 min whilecontinuously stirring at medium flame.8. After 2 min, add chopped tomatoes and coarsely crushed peanuts and mix well.9. Then add water to it. Cover and cook at medium flame for 3 min.10. After three min stir it and add roasted potatoes, rock salt and crushed black pepper. Mix well, cover and cook till sago turns transparent. Stir within every 3 min.11. When cooked turn off the flame and add lemon juice coriander leaves and mix well. Then take sago khichdi out.12. Then in a bowl grate boiled potatoes.13. Then add soaked sago, peanut powder, grated ginger, finely chopped green chilli, crushed black pepper, rock salt and coriander leaves. Mix them well.14. Then add arrowroot and knead the dough.15. Break some dough, round it and make a peda. Place a polythene on a board and apply ghee on both sides of the peda.16. Roll the peda by covering it with polythene. Then heat the tawa medium hot.17. Spread some ghee and put paratha on it. Roast for 3-4 min then spread ghee and flip it over.18. Roast the paratha till brown spots appear on both sides. Then take it off and roast all the same way.
