Put cornstarch and ¼ cup water in a bowl and mix till you get a smooth paste. 2. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan, add cornstarch paste and stir continuously. 3. Add rose water and sugar, mix well and cook till the custard thickens. Switch off the heat, cool and pour into a silicon container and refrigerate till set. 4. Remove from the silicon container and upturn on a serving platter. Sprinkle cinnamon powder, top with almonds, desiccated coconut and pistachios. Drizzle honey on top. 5. Serve chilled.
