To a mixing bowl, add curd, salt to taste and beat it

Add water and beat it till desired consistency is obtained

Now, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix

Next, add diced onions

Lets prepare tempering now

Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan

Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 14/ tsp fenugreek seeds and fry

Then add 2 dried chilies and mix

Now, add 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilies, curry leaves and mix

Next, add diced onions and fry for a minute

Add finely diced tomatoes and cook for a minute

Now, add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and cut off the stove

To the prepared curd mixture, add the prepared tempering and mix

Sprinkle coriander leaves on top

Salla Charu is ready to serve!

Serve with rice for lunch or dinner!
