Salsa | Dips Sauces and More | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A Mexican delight, Salsa is widely used and favored for its unique, tangy taste and its texture. A perfect condiment, it can add zest to any dish!

SALSA

Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 green chilli, torn
3 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
½ tablespoon castor sugar
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
Nacho chips for serving


Method

1. Chop tomatoes, onion and green chilli in a grinder and grind to a paste.
2. Add coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt, sugar, Tabasco sauce and grind once again.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve as a dip with nacho chips.
