Kongnamul Munchin (Soybean Sprout Side Dish)

1 lb. soybean sprout
1 tablespoon Good Life Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon salt
cup water
2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
2 teaspoons green onion, chopped
teaspoon Korean chili flakes
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds

Mayak Gyeran (Korean Marinated Eggs)

6 eggs
1 tablespoon Good Life Sesame Oil
cup soy sauce
cup water
4 tablespoons granulated white sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1 tablespoons green onions, chopped
4 long green peppers
1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds

Oi Muchim (Spicy Cucumber Salad)

1 korean cucumber, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Good Life Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Korean chili flakes
1 tablespoons green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1 teaspoon white vinegar
teaspoon granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds

Ssamjang (dipping sauce)

2 tablespoon Korean soybean paste
1 teaspoon Gochujang
1 tablespoon Good Life Sesame Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon maple syrup
