In a bowl add NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt, red chili powder, tandoori masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.2. Now place whole chicken in the marinade and marinate it well. 3. Place boiled eggs into the whole chicken and tie the legs with threads and wooden sticks.4. Marinate the chicken for 4-5 hours. 5. In a pot heat oil and place marinated chicken. Shallow fry each side for 3-4 mins or until 50% done. Set aside.Directions for Nuts Pulao Preparation:6. In a pot heat oil and add cumin seeds, cook for a minute.7. Add cashew nuts, almonds, aloo Bukhara and cook for another minute.8. Add water, salt, black pepper crushed and cook until it starts to boil.9. Now add rice and cook until 80% water absorbs. Cover and steam over low flame for 10-15 mins.
