Scalloped potatoes with zucchini and speck ham recipe | BuonaPappa

Lighter version of the traditional scalloped potatoes: ricotta and fontina cheese instead of heavy cream sauce plus and extra load of vegetables (zucchini). I added Speck ham to give an extra salty flavor and to add proteins to the meal. If you want to skip the ham you can substitute it with a salty cheese like Pecorino. Tasty idea for your kid friendly Holiday menu!
