Schezwan paneer toast

For Schezwan Paneer Toast
6 bread slices
6 cheese slices
1 1/2 cups diced mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups medium sized paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
3 tbsp schezwan sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp finely chopped chilles
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1 1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Method

1. To make schezwan paneer toast, in a bowl, add schezwan sauce, mayonnaise, capsicum, paneer, salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place a bread slice on a clean dry surface, place a cheese slices and prepared paneer stuffing on it.
3. Top it up with mozzarella cheese, sprinkle little red chilli flakes and oregano.
4. Bake in an pre heated oven at 180 c (360 f) for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
5. Remove and serve the schezwan paneer toast hot with dip of your choice.

tips to make schezwan paneer toast

1. You can also make schezwan paneer toast on tava.
2. If you wish you can add little finely chopped green chillies.
3. You can use malai paneer for better taste.
