Scrambled egg & cheese sandwich
Ingredients:
Eggs 2
Milk 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Bread slices 4
Cheese slices 2
Mozzarella cheese as required
Onion mayo ingredients:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper a pinch
Cream 2 tbsp
Directions for garlic mayo:
1. In a bowl add mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, chili flakes, black pepper and cream.
2. Whisk all ingredients well and your mayo is ready.
Directions:
1. In a bowl add egg, milk, salt and white pepper. Whisk until foamy.
2. In a nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat until foamy.
3. Add eggs and cook, until large, fluffy curds form and eggs are fully cooked for about 3 minutes.
4. Your scrambled egg is ready. Set aside.
5. Take bread slices and spread garlicmayo on them evenly.
6. Scoop scrambled egg and top it with cheese slice and mozzarella cheese. Cover with another slice of bread.
7. Take more bread slices, with help of a cutter cut circles and make round sandwiches as well.
8. Grease a grilling pan with butter and grill sandwich for 2 minutes from both sides.
9. Cut and serve with Morinaga Milk and let your kids enjoy a healthy meal.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
