This stunning location in the Phang Nga region Thailand has become known for growing an amazing type of seaweed called Sea Grapes. it looks like caviar and has a similar texture when you bite into them. This seaweed is packed full of healthy things and you will start to see it on the street markets around Thailand, mainly around Phuket area but it is being shipped all over the country. I tried a dish called Seaweed Som Tum, one of the best dishes I have ever tasted in Thailand.
