This combination of omelette and chicken seekh kebabs is truly out of the ordinary.SEEKH KEBAB BREAD OMLETTEIngredients4 chicken seekh kebabs8 white bread slices8 eggs1 medium onion, finely chopped1 medium tomato, finely chopped 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves3 green chillies, finely choppedSalt to taste2 tsps butter + to spreadOil to drizzleGreen chutney to serveMethod1. Break and add eggs in a bowl, beat it well. Add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt. Mix well.2. Heat a non-stick tawa, add butter and add kebabs, drizzle oil, and cook till golden brown from all sides. Remove set aside. 3. Add egg mixture on the same tawa, and spread it. Add 2 white bread slices. Press slightly. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.4. Flip on another side, place cooked kebabs in centre, fold the omlette on the seekh. Dip 2 white bread slices in leftover egg mixture and place over omlette. 5. Apply butter on top of the bread slices, flip and cook on another side till golden brown on both sides. Cut from the centre and place one above another making a layer.6.
