Rava curd toast / Semolina toast is an open sandwich recipe. It is prepared by using semolina, vegetables, fresh cream and yogurt. This is one of the healthy and tasty Indian breakfast recipe that goes well with some fresh juices alongside. It is very easy to prepare and can be made very quickly in no time. Ingredients:

4 slices bread white/brown
1/2 cup semolina
4 tbsp fresh yogurt
3 tbsp fresh cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to season
1/4 tsp red chilly flakes
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
3 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
3 tbsp carrot finely chopped
Some fresh coriander
Water as desired
Oil/butter for toasting
