For dough
Semolina - 1 cup (150 grams)
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/8 tsp

Stuffing
Capsicum - 1/2 cup, chopped
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup, grated
Carrot - 1/4 cup, grated
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 1 or 2, chopped
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Green Coriander - 1 or 2 tbsp

For Tadka
Oil - 2 tsp
Black mustard - 1/4 tsp
White Sesame - 1/2 tsp
Curry Patta - 10-12
