Pan Fried Fish with Creamy White Sauce

Ingredients for Pan Fried Fish:
Boneless fish 1 kg
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
NESTL MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Creamy White Sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 2 cups
NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk 1 cup
Oregano 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Prepared fish
Parsley (chopped) as required
Directions for Pan Fried Fish:
1. In a bowl add fish pieces, chili sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, black pepper crushed, garlic powder, white pepper powder, salt and marinate it well.
2. In a pan heat NESTL MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter, oil and fry the marinated fish from each side until fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy White Sauce Preparation:
3. In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for 1-2 mins.
4. Add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for 2-3 mins.
5. Now add NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk and cook for a minute.
6. Add oregano, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
7. Now place prepared fish in the pan of sauce.
8. Garnish it well parsley and serve. Your Pan Fried Fish with Creamy White Sauce is ready.
