SEV KHICHIA PAPADIngredients4 khichia papad2 small potatoes, boiled, and peeled¼ tsp chaat masala powder + sprinkling¼ tsp dried mango powder (amchoor) + sprinkling¼ tsp red chilli powder + sprinklingMelted butter as required1 medium onion, finely chopped1 medium tomato, finely chopped3-4 tbsps chopped raw mango4-5 tbsps roasted peanuts4-5 tbsps masala chana dalRed chilli-garlic chutney as requiredSweet tamarind chutney as requiredGreen chutney as requiredFreshly chopped coriander leaves for garnishSev for garnish Method1. Dry roast the papads on direct flame till roasted from all sides.2. In a bowl, mash the potatoes, add chaat masala powder, amchoor powder, red chilli powder, and mix well.3. On a serving plate and slightly crush the papad into pieces, drizzle butter, add onions, tomatoes, raw mango, peanuts, masala chana dal, and add the prepared potatoes mixture.4. Drizzle red chilli-garlic chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, sprinkle chaat masala powder, red chilli powder and drizzle a little yogurt. 5. Garnish with chopped coriander and sev.
