Learn how to make tasty Sevai Upma recipe from our chef Smita Deo on Ruchkar Mejwani.Sevai Upma is a delicious, homemade, quick and easy to make breakfast recipe where crispy vermicelli are cooked in urad dal, curry leaves, green chilli and mild spices.Ingredients:3 tbsp Ghee1 tsp Urad Dal1 tsp Chana Dal1 tsp Mustard Seeds2-3 Green Chillies8-10 Curry Leaves3 Onions, chopped2 tsp Sugar1 tsp Ginger paste2 Cups VermicelliSalt to tasteCoriander LeavesWaterMethod:- In a pan heat some ghee.- Add urad dal and chana dal. Roast them golden brown.- Then add mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves. Let them splutter.- Add chopped onions, ginger paste and sugar.
