Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, lightly crush and add vermicelli and roast till it turns light golden brown and fragrant. Add raisins and roast further till they puff up. Transfer in to a large bowl and allow to cool to room temperature. 2. Add milk powder, sugar, mixed nuts, chironji, green cardamom powder and saffron and mix well. Transfer into an air tight container and store up to 7-8 days in a dry place.3. For one portion, take ½ cup premix in a microwave safe container with a lid, add ?????? ( ½ cup or 1 cup or 1/3 cup??) water, place the lid on and set aside for 2 minutes. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, mixing in betweenafter every 1 minute. 4.
