A snack which everyone will surely like!SEYAL PAVIngredients8 pavs2 tbsps oil½ tsp cumin seeds½ inch ginger, chopped4-5 garlic cloves, chopped2 green chillies, chopped1 large onion, chopped1 medium tomato, chopped½ cup chopped fenugreek leaves2-3 freshly chopped coriander leavesSalt to taste¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powderCoriander sprig for garnishTea to serveMethod1. Break pavs into small pieces and add them into a large bowl. Set aside.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till seeds change colour. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Sauté for 1 minute.3. Add onion and sauté till golden brown. Add tomato, fenugreek leaves, chopped coriander and mix well.4. Add salt, mix well. Cover and cook till the tomato is pulpy. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and mix well.5. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Add pav pieces, mix well and add ½ cup water. Mix well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Take it off the heat.6.
