In a pan heat butter and add seviyan, roast for 4-5 minutes.2. Add khoya and mix well. Add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside. Your seviyan are ready.Directions for Vanilla Custard Preparation:3. In a pan heat milk and bring it to boil. Add vanilla custard slurry and cook over medium flame until thick in consistency.4.
