Shakarkand Chaat3 cups boiled and peeled sweet potato (shakarkand) cubesoil for deep frying1 tbsp green chutney1 1/2 tbsp sweet chutney2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp chilli powder1/2 tsp chaat masala1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powdersalt to taste1. To make shakarkand chaat, in a deep pan, heat oil and deep-fry the sweet potato cubes on a medium flame till golden brown in colour.2. Drain on an absorbent paper.3. Transfer into a deep bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and toss well.4.
