Shakarkand Chaat

3 cups boiled and peeled sweet potato (shakarkand) cubes
oil for deep frying
1 tbsp green chutney
1 1/2 tbsp sweet chutney
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste

1. To make shakarkand chaat, in a deep pan, heat oil and deep-fry the sweet potato cubes on a medium flame till golden brown in colour.
2. Drain on an absorbent paper.
3. Transfer into a deep bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and toss well.
4. Serve the shakarkand chaat immediately.
