Delightful gravy of roasted peanutsSHENGDANYACHI AMTIIngredients2 cups roasted and peeled peanuts3 tbsps ghee3-4 green chillies1 tsp cumin seeds10-12 curry leaves1½ tsps red chilli powder4-5 kokum petalsSalt to taste1 tbsp sugarMethod 1. Grind peanuts with a little water.2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Slit green chillies.3. Add cumin seeds to the pan and saute till it begins to change colour. Add green chillies and curry leaves and saute for ½ minute. 4. Add red chilli powder, ground peanuts and kokum and mix well. Add salt and sugar and mix well.5. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
