A very pouplar kabab from the Indian cuisine made using mutton mince. These melt in mouth kababs are a must try !Shikampuri Kabab Ingredients300 grams mutton mince 2 tablespoon ghee1 teaspoon cumin seeds3 -4 green cardamom 4-5 Black peppercorns1 inch stick cinnamon 3 -4 dried red chillies 3 -4 garlic clovesΒΌ cup chana dal, soaked 1 small onion finely chopped1green chilli, finely chopped 1 teaspoon fresh coriander, finely chopped1 teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped1 teaspoon garam masala powder1 eggSalt to tasteChaat masala powder for sprinklingMethod 1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add ghee, chana dal, cumin seeds, cardamom pods, black peppercorns, cinnamon stick, garlic cloves, chana dal and mutton mince. 2. Add 1 cup water and boil till the water dried out and the mince is cooked.3. Cool and grind the mixture into a smooth paste.4. Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl.5. Add onions, green chilli, lemon juice, coriander, fresh mint, garam masala powder and mix well.6. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into tikkis.7. Crack egg in a bowl add salt and whisk well.8. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.9. Coat the tikkis with eggs and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.10.
