Chicken Shish Kabab Recipe in English:
Ingredients for shish kebab:
700g Chicken boneless
1 cup Yogurt
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Rosemary (dried)
1/2 tsp Parsley (dried)
1/2 tsp Oregano (dried)
1/2 tsp Thyme (dried)
1/2 tsp Basil (dried)
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Corinader (chopped)
Ingredients for dipping:
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp Tomatoes (chopped)
1 tbsp Cucumber (chopped)
2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)

Directions for shish kebab:
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and set aside.
In a bowl mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt, rosemary, parsley, oregano, thyme, basil, mint, black pepper and coriander.
Marinate chicken cubes in it for at least 6 hours or overnight.
In a jug of hot water soak wooden skewer for at least 1 hour. In this way skewers will not burn while cooking.
Thread marinated chicken in wooden skewers.
Grease a grill pan and cook shish kabab from both sides for 10 to 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Directions for raita:
In a bowl add yogurt, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, salt, cumin seeds and coriander.
Mix all these ingredients well and your dipping is ready.
Serve with shish kebab.
