In a bowl mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt, rosemary, parsley, oregano, thyme, basil, mint, black pepper and coriander. Marinate chicken cubes in it for at least 6 hours or overnight. In a jug of hot water soak wooden skewer for at least 1 hour. In this way skewers will not burn while cooking.
