Shrikhand in an all new avatar - not just tempting to the eyes, but an awesome treat for your taste buds too!SHRIKHAND CAKE JARIngredients2 cups hung curd200 grams eggless vanilla sponge cake, cut into small inch cubes¾ cup sugar¼ cup hot milkA large pinch of saffronCharoli for garnishChopped dried figs (anjeer) for garnishPistachios powder for garnishMethod1. To make shrikhand, take hung curd in a large bowl. Add sugar, mix and set it aside for 10 minutes. 2. Take milk in a small bowl. Add saffron and mix well. 3. Strain the curd mixture into another bowl. Transfer this mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. 4. To serve, pipe out a portion of the shrikhand into the serving glasses. Place a few cake pieces over it. Drizzle some of the saffron milk mixture.5.
