Add Desiccated coconut sauté for 2 min. or until coconut arelightly brown. Remove in a mixing bowl and cool it. Add shrikhand and mix well. Roll the mixture to balls. And form ladoos. Roll the coconut ladoos in desiccated coconut evenly. Serve cold.
