Today lets see how to make a delicious filling evening snack made with potatoes that is Aloo 65. Its very easy to make and caan be wipped up in seconds when youre craving a spicy treat.

Peel and dice 1/2 kg potatoes. Put them in water

Wash the potatoes 2-3 times and move it into a mixing bowl

Add 1 1/2 tsp chili powder, salt, 1 tsp coriander seeds powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves, 2 tbsp corn flour and mix

Food colour could be added. This step is optional

Mix everything making sure all the pieces are coated evenly

Lets deep fry them now

Heat oil and drop the prepared potatoes one by one

Flip and fry on medium flame

After the potatoes are cooked, turn down the flame and fry for another 5 minutes to make the potatoes crispy

Make a cut in green chili and fry them in oil till they get white spots on them

Next, fry some curry leaves and mix everything together

Aloo 65 is ready to serve!

Potatoes - 1/2 kg
Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Food Colour - a pinch (optional)
Green Chilies - 5-6
Curry Leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt
Oil
