- 10 cups shredded African Spinach
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 2 onion bulb
- 1 /2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 cooking spoon my wet all purpose seasoning (see link in description box)
- 1 tablespoon my dry all purpose seasoning (see link in description box)
- 1 tablespoon all purpose chili sauce (see link in description box)
- 1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
- 1 cooking spoon bleached oil (optional)
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- Salt to taste
- Chicken drumsticks (or any meat of choice)
