Simple Moong Dosa | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Full of proteins, this recipe is made using moong sprouts. A quick and healthy breakfast that you can try !

SIMPLE MOONG DOSA

Ingredients

1½ cups green gram (moong) sprouts
1 inch ginger
2 green chillies
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
Salt to taste
Oil for drizzling
Red coconut chutney for serving

Method

1. Blend together green gram sprouts, ginger, chillies, cumin seeds and salt with sufficient water to a coarse paste.
2. Heat a non-stick tawa. Spread a ladleful of prepared paste evenly on it. Drizzle some oil on top and cook till well browned and crisp.
3. Serve hot with red coconut chutney.
