For the mini Parathas:
1 cup Chestnut (Singhara) Flour
1.5 tsp Kriti Refined Oil
Rock Salt to Taste
Water to form a soft dough.
For Potato Stir-fry:
2 tbsp Kriti Refined Oil
2 tsp Jeera
2 Chopped Green Chillies
Some Fresh Curry Leaves
4 Par-Boiled Potatoes (Cubed)
1.5 tsp Black Pepper
Rock Salt to Taste
Fresh Chopped Coriander
