Sitaphal Cream | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Loaded with cream and sitaphal pulp. This recipe is a must try !

SITAPHAL CREAM

Ingredients

1 cup fresh custard apple (sitaphal) pulp
1 large custard apple (sitaphal), deseeded + for topping
3-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
¼ cup fresh cream
¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
Whipped cream for topping
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Method

1. Whisk together ice cream, custard apple pulp, powdered sugar, cream, custard apple flesh and cardamom powder in a bowl.
2. Pour into individual serving glasses, top with some custard apple flesh, whipped cream and garnish with mint sprigs.
3. Serve chilled.
