Creamy icecream made with the seasonal fruit custard apple.

SITAPHAL ICE CREAM

Ingredients

Pulp of 2 medium custard apples (sitaphal)
½ cup condensed milk
¼ cup castor sugar
¾ cup milk powder
½ cup fresh cream
1 cup milk

Method

1. Blend together custard apple pulp, condensed milk, castor sugar, milk powder, cream and milk till smooth.
2. Pour mixture in airtight container and freeze till set.
3. Scoop and serve.
