Sizzling Brownie Food on Budget Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Sizzling Brownie! Yes, that dessert thats often the most-ordered dessert at cafes and restaurants, now you can make it too.

SIZZLING BROWINE

Ingredients

1 cup chopped dark chocolate
cup butter
1 cup powder sugar
cup yogurt
1 cups refined flour
cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
Apple slices for serving base
Vanilla ice cream for serving
Chopped roasted walnuts for garnish
Chocolate sauce
1 cups milk
cup sugar
cup cocoa powder
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
1 tbsp butter

Method: -

1. Preheat the oven at 180C.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler while stirring in between.
3. Switch of the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
4. In a same bowl sift the powder sugar in a bowl, add yogurt and mix well till combine.
5. Now sift together refined flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and pinch of salt. And mix well till combine.
6. Add the milk and vanilla essence and continue to mix till it become a lump free batter.
7. Transfer the mixture in lined baking tin and bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
8. To make the chocolate sauce heat 1 cup milk in nonstick deep pan add in the sugar and let it cook till sugar dissolve completely.
9. In a bowl add remaining milk and cocoa powder and mix well
10. Add into the milk and sugar mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring continuously.
11. Add the dark chocolate and mix well till the chocolate melts completely.
12. When chocolate melts completely add in the butter and mix well till combine. Allow to cool. The chocolate sauce is ready.
13. Take out the tin from the oven and allow to cool completely. Mean while pre heat the sizzler iron plate.
14. Demold the brownie and cut into squares.
15. For the serving sizzler arrange the hot plate on sizzler bord, arrange the apple slices on base, place the cut brownie, put the scoop of vanilla ice cream; and pour the prepared chocolate sauce over it. And serve.
