Do give this sizzling chicken shashlik a try and share your feedback with us. #ChickenShashlik #Shashlik #ShashlikRecipeIngredients: 500g Boneless Chicken 1 Egg2-3 tbsp CornstarchSalt to taste1 tsp Black Pepper1 tbsp Oil1 tbsp Ginger Garlic PasteIngredients for sauté veggie: 2 tbsp Oil1 cup Capsicum (cubes)1 cup Onion (cubes)1 cup Tomatoes (cubes)Salt to taste Ingredients for gravy: 2-3 tbsp Oil1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)1 ½ cup Ketchup1 tbsp Hot Sauce1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp Soy Sauce1 tbsp Vinegar1/2 tbsp Red Chilli flakesSalt to taste1/2 tbsp Black pepper1 tbsp SugarWater as reqGreen Onion (for garnishing)Directions:Cut the chicken into thin slant sheets.In a bowl add chicken, egg, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, oil, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and set aside for 20-30 minutes.Deep fry the chicken pieces until light golden brown and set aside.In pan sauté vegetables, including capsicum, onion and tomatoes for 2-3 minutes and set aside.In the same pan add some oil, sauté chopped garlic.When garlic starts to turn brown add ketchup, hot sauce, Oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, and sugar. When it starts to bubble, add water as required and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes, once the gravy starts to thicken, add fried chicken and sautéed vegetables. Mix and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
