Chopped is one of me and CG's favorite cooking shows. The idea of the show is that you get a "mystery basket" of ingredients for each of three timed rounds, which include an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Each basket contains 4 items that you MUST USE in each round, plus you are able to use whatever other ingredients are available in the kitchen. In the show, contestants receive the same mystery items and must compete with each other to create dishes that will be judged to determine a winner. Since it's just me and CG, and our kitchen is pretty small, we thought we would just compete against the clock to see how we'd fare. CG picked out the mystery items and I did the cooking and the video shows how it went.
